Dr. Paru Chaudhari is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in the treatment of a wide range of dermatologic diseases and skin cancer. She is committed to using her years of experience to provide exceptional skin care to patients of all ages. We offer medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology services personalized to you and your needs.

Paru Chaudhari MD

Paru Chaudhari MD

Dr. Paru Chaudhari is a practicing Board-Certified Dermatologist with over a decade of experience in patients of all ages. She focuses on inflammatory conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea along with skin cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. She also is an expert in photo-rejuventation.

Dr. Chaudhari graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA with honors, completed her medical school training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Society, and finished her Dermatology residency at Stanford School of Medicine. She spent several years in clinical practice in New York City and in San Francisco. Dr. Chaudhari has been published in several peer-review Dermatology journals and books and volunteers as a clinical instructor at UCSF.

She currently lives in the East Bay along with her husband and three children.

    Dr. Chaudhari has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I've seen her for both skin-related emergencies and cosmetic inquiries and I always walk away feeling like I've gotten all my questions answered and issues are taken care of. I find time skin related issues aren't always clear cut, I like how she both explains the situation in a way that I can understand and provides some guidance as to her personal recommendations (like what she would do as a parent/woman).
